Apple Pie Ring
Ingredients 1 Apple 15 ml sugar 5 ml lemon juice 2 ml cinnamon 1 roll of puff pastry 1 egg for egg wash.   Method 1.     In a small bowl add diced apples. Pour in cinnamon and stir. Set aside. 2.     On medium heat, using a medium size pot melt your butter. 3.     Add brown sugar and stir till the sugar has dissolved. 4.     Add cinnamon and apples. 5.     Let the mixture simmer for 15 minutes or until apples are soft. 6.     Store in refrigerator for up to a week.   Apple Pie 1.     Cut puff...

Ingredients 2 Eggs 140g Flour 5ml Sugar 5ml Baking Powder 250ml Water Pinch of Salt Oil for frying   Method: 1.        Beat the eggs lightly. 2.        Sift in the dry ingredients and mix well. 3.        Heat oil in a pot to +/- 140̊  C. 4.        Place waffle iron in the hot oil until very hot. 5.        Remove from oil and dip into the dough mixture. Puff Pastry Christmas Trees
Ingredients 1 roll puff pastry 3 slices ham Grated Cheese Kebab skewers.   Method 1.        Unroll the puff pastry and cut in half.
