Meatball Bowls


500g Minced meat

2,5 ml Grounded Cumin

2,5 ml Grounded Corriander

1 ml Paprika

1 ml Fine garlic

Salt and pepper

15 ml Worcestershire sauce

1 slice of bread

15 ml Milk

125 g Chopped bacon

125 g Sliced mushrooms

250 ml grated cheddar

1 onion sliced

Smoked Mayonaise

125 ml B-Well Olive oil and Canola mayonnaise

Few drop liquid smoke

5 ml Chopped parsley

Heat oven to 180°C

1 Mix mince, spices, sauce together. Soak bread with milk and add to minced meat mixture.

2 Mix meat until everything is blended

3 Fry bacon, mushrooms and onions until just cooked.

4 Divide mince mixture into 4 balls, place on baking try. Use a cup and press a hole into each mince ball. Use fingers to shape the edge neatly.

5 Divide cheese, bacon, onion and mushrooms between 4 bowl. Finish off with cheese

6 Bake for 20 min or until meat is cooked and golden brown.

7 Mayo. Mix Mayonnaise, liquid smoke and Chopped Parsley together. You can add a little bit of milk to make the sauce more liquid.

8 Drizzle mayo over bowls and serve with fresh avocado and a side salad.
