NOTE: Its easy to multiply this recipe into the amount of guests you need to cook for.
1 thick slice Bread
6 Blocks chocolate
50 ml Milk
3 ml Salt
1. In a large bowl mix eggs, milk and salt together.
2. Cut a deep incision in to the bread, big enough to slide the chocolate in.
3. Dip the bread into the egg mixtur
e and fry in a pan with little oil over medium heat.
4. Slowly cook until golden brown & serve with whipped cream, fresh berries and pecan nuts
