Amish Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
560ml Flour
5ml Salt
5ml Baking Soda
250ml Butter
190ml Brown Sugar
190 ml White Sugar
5ml Vanilla
30ml Milk
1 egg
250ml chocolate chips
Method
1. Whisk together the flour, salt and baking soda. Set aside
2. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add vanilla, milk and egg. Whisk together until smooth.
4. Gradually add dry ingredients
5. Fold in chocolate chips.
6. Scoop onto baking tray. Space the cookies evenly
7. Bake at 190̊ C for 12 minutes
8. Cool on rack
