Bulgogi

Ingredients



120g beef (sirloin), thinly sliced

20g Enoki mushrooms

30g onion, sliced

± 5g spring onion

 

Marinade:

15ml Soy sauce

7ml sugar

5ml Sesame oil

3ml chopped garlic

Chopped leeks

20g Asian pear or Kiwi

Sesame seeds

 

Method:

Mix the ingredients for the sauce.  Marinate the beef for 20minutes.

Sauté the onions.  Add the beef and fry until beef is almost done.  Add the Enoki mushrooms.

Add chopped spring onions and garnish with sesame
