Cheesy onion rings




NGREDIENTS:

375ml Grated cheddar cheese (your choice)

12 onion slices seasoned salt to taste


DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2. Place half of the shredded cheese in each ring of a muffin pan

3. Add an onion slice to each one.

4. Top with remaining cheese and then sprinkle on some seasoned salt.

5. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

*Let cool down a bit before transferring to a paper towel to drain up the excess grease.

*Can be served hot or cold with a ranch or mayo dip.


Notes:

* Breadcrumbs can be added for some texture and extra flavour,

* Robust herbs can be chopped and added,

* Make it your own by adding different spices.
