Potato Cakes

500g potato mashed

Shredded chicken, Cooked

250ml bread crumbs

150g cheese

2 eggs

Parsley

Salt

Pepper

 

Method

1.      Boil potatoes and mash

2.      Mix in chicken, bread crumbs, cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, parsley

3.      Roll dough into bands and weave together

4.      Fry in butter until brown
