Puff Pastry Christmas Trees

Ingredients

1 roll puff pastry

3 slices ham

Grated Cheese

Kebab skewers.

 

Method

1.        Unroll the puff pastry and cut in half. Set half aside.

2.        Cut ham and cheese into strips

3.        Smear puff pastry with sweet chili jam (optional)

4.        Place ham on the puff pastry

5.        Cover with cheese.

6.        Place second half of puff pastry on cheese.

7.        Roll the puff pastry flat

8.        Cut the puff pastry into thin strips.

9.        Weave puff pastry onto kebab skewer in the form of a tree.

10.   Bake at 200̊   C for 15-20 minutes

11.   Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
