Snackles

Ingredients

2 Eggs

140g Flour

5ml Sugar

5ml Baking Powder

250ml Water

Pinch of Salt

Oil for frying

 

Method:

1.        Beat the eggs lightly.

2.        Sift in the dry ingredients and mix well.

3.        Heat oil in a pot to +/- 140̊  C.

4.        Place waffle iron in the hot oil until very hot.

5.        Remove from oil and dip into the dough mixture. Only cover the bottom and sides of the iron.

6.        Fry the dough until golden brown or until it begins to loosen from the iron.

7.        Serve with syrup or any filling of your choice.
