Ingredients
225g cottage cheese
60ml nonfat plain Greek yogurt
30ml maple syrup
1 large egg
top with strawberries , Greek yogurt, and maple syrup
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients into a blender (leaving out the raspberries and toppings) and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the batter, dividing evenly between 2 ramekins.
3. Bake at 350F for about 15 minutes or until just firm in the center.
4. Remove from the oven and chill in the fridge until cool.
5. Top with a scoop of Greek yogurt and more maple syrup before serving.
