Ingredients:
500g cubed chicken
5 ml salt
pinch crushed black pepper
5 ml crushed cumin seeds
30 ml lemon juice
5 ml ginger and garlic paste
10 ml Samoosa and spice masala
Sauce:
400g / 1 tin whole tomato (liquidized)
45 ml ghee
5 ml masala
pinch salt
5 ml lemon juice
5 ml crushed garlic
250 ml fresh cream
Method:
1.Mix all above ingredients for chicken and marinate for one hour
2.Add marinated mixture with ¼ cup water in a pot and cook on medium h
eat for 30 min or
until water evaporates
3.Mix all sauce ingredients, add to chicken and allow to simmer for a furt
