310 ml Cake flour
310 ml Oats
1 ml salt
2,5 ml Baking soda
125 ml White sugar
125 ml brown sugar
80 ml Lemon flavoured oil
100 ml melted butter
5 ml Vanilla essence
1 can condensed milk
5 ml lemon zest (peel)
80 ml Lemon juice
2 large egg yolks
Pre heat oven to 180C
1 Spray a baking pan of 20cm x 20 cm with cooking spray
2 Mix flour, oats, salt, baking soda, sugars, butter and oil until it makes crumbs.
3 Press half of mixture into baking pan, make sure it's pressed firmly.
4 Mix condensed milk, zest, juice and yolks together. Pour over pressed crust.
5 Crumble other half of mixture over filling.
6 Bake for 20-30 minutes or until egg filling is cooked and golden bown.
7 Let cool in frigde
