#5. How to thicken a sauce easily.

You can either add a Roux, equal quantities butter and flour mixed together in a paste. For a medium thick sauce, 15g butter with 15g flour, for each cup of sauce/milk/cream.
Or for a casserole or stew, thicken your sauce by adding potatoes to your dish.
