Beef Bulgogi

Ingredients
150g thinly sliced beef
1/8 sliced onion
15ml chopped spring onion
5ml chopped garlic
Black pepper to taste
15ml chopped kiwi or Asian pear
5ml sesame oil
5 ml mirin (optional)
45ml mother sauce
Method
1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Add the meat and rest for about 20-30 minutes.
3. Place in a pan at high heat
4. Fry meat until cooked.
5. Serve with rice and kimchi.
Mother sauce
100ml soy sauce
100ml water
50ml sugar
¼ onion, sliced
¼ red apple of pear
Method
1. Mix all the ingredients and bring to a boil.
2. Once boiling, turn off and add apple slices to the hot mixture
3. Let the mixture cool.
4. Strain the mixture.
5. Keep in a jar and refrigerate.
