100g crispy bacon
250g potatoe Fries (deep fried or baked in the oven)
1. Melt the butter, and add the flour to form a roux then add the milk.
2. Heat the sauce while stirring until thickened and cooked.
3. Place the hot potato fries on a plate and pour the hot cheese sauce over.
4. Sprinkle the fried bacon over the fries.
5. Serve hot and enjoy
