Curry mince jaffles and chocolate marshmallow jaffles

Ingredients





1 onion

 2 cloves of garlic

 1 tomato

 1 bag of sweet peppers

 Basil pesto

 5 Mushrooms

 1 ½ tsp coriander seeds

 5 cloves

 ½ tsp Smoked paprika

 ½ tsp Nutmeg

 ½ tsp Sage

 ½ tsp Pepper

 Tomato paste

 Frys veggie mince

 Vegetable stock

 Fresh bread

 Vegan butter/Margarine


Directions

- [ ] Finely Slice the onion

- [ ] Crush and slice the garlic into nice fine pieces

- [ ] Cut the tomato up into little squares

- [ ] Thinly chop the mushrooms and sweet peppers

- [ ] Mix all your spices together

- [ ] After in another pan add the onions and cook them a little

- [ ] Throw in your spice mix

- [ ] Add the garlic and cook for about 3 minutes

- [ ] Add the garlic and cook for about 3 minutes

- [ ] Add the mince and cook till it goes brown

- [ ] 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt over that

- [ ] Add the tomato past and 250 ml of vegetable stock

- [ ] Cook this till it thickens up adding the peppers and tomatos during

- [ ] Lastly a squirt of lemon juice

- [ ] Coat the outsides of your bread and put about 2 and a half spoons of your mince inside add cheese now if desired

- [ ] Close your jaffle/snackwich maker and cook it on a medium low heat till it is turned a brown toasty colour


Notes

A sweet variety can be made by using marshmallows and a chocolate spread (Nutella).
