Parmesan Cheese Cups




Ingredients:

1 block fresh parmesan cheese, finely grated

Parchment paper

 

Method:

1.        Spread 20ml parmesan cheese onto the parchment paper in a disk form.

2.        On a low heat, place the parchment paper in a pan.

3.        Melt the cheese until bubbly and light brown in colour.  Remove from heat.

4.        Place melted cheese over the bottom of a rounded glass and shape the cheese.

5.        Remove parchment paper while the cheese is still hot.

6.        Leave cheese to harden for about 10 seconds.

7.        Remove cheese basket.

Use basket to serve salads, beef strips or other fillings.
