Speckled Eggs Cookies

Makes 40 cookies

Ingredients

250ml              self raising flour

80ml                margarine

125ml              sugar

1                      egg

2ml                  vanilla essence

2ml                  salt

100g                Chocolate Eggs

Method

1.               Preheat the oven  180°C

2.               Whisk the butter and sugar till creamy.

3.               Add the egg and vanilla and mix well.

4.               Add the flour and salt and mix well.

5.               Add the Speckled Eggs

6.               Put spoons full of dough on a greased baking sheet and bake the cookies for 12 minutes until golden brown.
