Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 tsp instant coffee or 1/4 cup brewed coffee
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp sweetener of choice
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- cocoa powder for the top
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients except cocoa and yogurt in a lidded container or mason jar. Mix well. Refrigerate overnight.
2. Smooth the yogurt on top, then dust with cocoa powder.
